Anne Slatton directed a video shoot at Echo Mountain studios for the band "Rising Appalachia" as they  recorded their fifth album.

Sonya DiPalma, an associate professor in the Mass Communication department, will present a 'Brown Bag" talk over lunch in the library on Feb. 23 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. entitled "Feeding the Beast: How your organization can avoid getting bitten, or even eaten, in a social media storm."
