Slatton produces video of music group

Anne Slatton directed a video shoot at Echo Mountain studios for the band "Rising Appalachia" as they  recorded their fifth album.

Their website describes Rising Appalachia as "a genre-bending force of sound that uses vocal harmony, lyrical prowess and diverse artistic collaborations to defy cultural clichés and ignite a musical revolution". 

Slatton was hired as a writer/director by Image Digital Media in Atlanta to produce “behind the scenes” interview material, as well as a live recording. Slatton's plan is to grow this recording into a full-length one-hour televison special that can be funded and distributed to national PBS affiliates.
